I came to Dr. Richards for Invisalign about 12 years after he originally did my braces and I needed a slight adjustment due to not wearing my retainers. They even gave me a $500 discount on my Invisalign due to being a return customer. Very pleased with the result both times. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Richards and his staff. I received orthodontic care from him from when I was about 9 to 13 years old, and have only positive memories of how much he cared about me as a patient and how well he and his whole staff treated me throughout my many appointments. Now over 15 years later, I’ve had to go in a couple of times to get new retainers after dental work, etc., and when I go in, he still remembers me from all those years ago and takes the time to catch up. I really appreciate how I can still have a working relationship with his office so many years after being an active patient. All of the staff I’ve interacted with are extremely kind and accommodating. And, on top of the interpersonal positives, I LOVE my teeth!! I am so grateful for the work he did to correct all the functional issues as well as cultivating an aesthetically pleasing smile that I am extremely proud of. I would recommend him to anyone of any age needing orthodontic care!

He’s given all of my children beautiful smiles and was even able to quickly straighten my smile with Invisalign in 1 year. His office is friendly, efficient and supportive. Two of my children had their braces done by Dr. Richards. He did such an excellent job. It inspired me to get them myself and I am so glad I did!
I am sad for my other two children that did not get them done here because we didn't live close at the time. I had to bring one of them to Dr. Richards just to get them "fixed" after a different orthodontist did not do the same top-notch job.

I just got finished with my second time through Ortho. and Dr. Richards and the entire staff were outstanding!! As an adult seeking my second time through braces and did not want traditional braces again. The staff at Dr. Richard's office was great in walking me through all my options and Dr Richards was very upfront about my shorten roots(which was mostly likely caused by my first time through Ortho treatment as a teenager) and the possibility of failure. Dr Richards did everything diagnostically and reviewed it with me before given me a treatment plan that I was fully on board with. We went with Sparks Invisalign and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!! The Dental Monitoring from home was super easy and convenient. I had support from their dental monitor if I needed it, I could text her at any time through the app. Or if I need them in person, they were more than willing to take me in office! I would 100% recommend Dr. Richards and his staff for your ortho needs you will not regret it!!! My teeth look fabulous!! Thank you Dr. Richards and Team!!

The doctor and staff are SO INCREDIBLY KIND and compassionate, this making a difference. They will worked with my child making them feel comfortable, which is not easy for them to feel with their social anxiety, OCD, ADHD, etc. Their confidence has improved as has their self esteem. The doctor and staff have changed my opinion on the healthcare system and on dentists😅 for the better…so much better. I literally cannot say enough good about them and LITERALLY cannot think of one single negative of our experience there and that is 100% fact. The quality of the work and expertise is second to none and I have been to dentists all over the world. One could not ask for a better practice to be a part of as that’s how you feel; not so much a client but more as a friend.

Dr. Richards did an exceptional job, and it's clear to see he treats every patient like family, and provides the best possible care. He was kind and remarkably patient with us, even when we broke protocol, and it cost him extra time and work. My daughter had braces when we moved from Arizona to Utah. I was told by several orthodontists that they couldn’t work with her brackets, they wanted to take them completely off and put new ones on and charge me for a whole new set of braces. After calling around -there were a handful of orthodontists that would work with the brackets she already had on her braces. We went to all three and reading the reviews and stuff. We thought Dr Richard’s was fantastic! Even though he was about 40 minutes from us- her smile was worth it! We really liked Dr. Richards. He was very professional and worked with her brackets, even though it was sometimes a pain. She ended up with a beautiful smile, and we are very grateful!
