I just got finished with my second time through Ortho. and Dr. Richards and the entire staff were outstanding!! As an adult seeking my second time through braces and did not want... traditional braces again. The staff at Dr. Richard's office was great in walking me through all my options and Dr Richards was very upfront about my shorten roots(which was mostly likely caused by my first time through Ortho treatment as a teenager) and the possibility of failure. Dr Richards did everything diagnostically and reviewed it with me before given me a treatment plan that I was fully on board with. We went with Sparks Invisalign and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!! The Dental Monitoring from home was super easy and convenient. I had support from their dental monitor if I needed it, I could text her at any time through the app. Or if I need them in person, they were more than willing to take me in office!
