We came to Dr Richards after seeing positive reviews online and because his office is nearby to where we live. We are happy to report that Dr Richards and his staff have lived up to their... reputation. He has replaced broken brackets without charge, shown patience, and his staff have been so kind and encouraging as well. Dr. Richards is truly wonderful. We had our by far most pleasant and helpful orthodontic experience with Dr. Richards and most highly recommend him and his team. I just wish we had found... Dr. Richards’ practice sooner and would have started our children’s orthodontic treatment with them from the beginning.We went to see Dr. Michael Richards for a free consultation as we needed a second opinion concerning our daughter’s orthodontic treatment by another orthodontist. Dr. Richards took his time, thoroughly examining and explaining in detail different treatment options. Not once did Dr. Richards try to make us become his patients. Much rather, he treated us with the utmost integrity and professional ethics. My initial impression of this practice is that they really do strive for all around excellence. As a pediatric nurse and a mom of five, I’m very picky with who my children see for... healthcare. After several consultations, it was apparent to me that Dr. Richard’s excels in his field. He comes across as extremely knowledgeable and friendly at the same time. I never felt rushed when he consulted with me about my kids, and he took the time to throughly answer all my questions. I also appreciate that did a great job explaining the available treatments in an honest and open way. Staff in this office are welcoming and helpful. The office is immaculately clean with kid/teen friendly vibes. The financial counselor was professional and never pushed for a sale. I’ll update this review when my child finishes his treatment.
